WHERE CAN I FIND THE NEW WORKOUTS?
Any workouts labelled as NEW on the schedule will be posted to my channel at least 1 day before their scheduled day and added to the corresponding playlist.
WHERE DO I FIND THE VIDEOS?
The videos are all organized into weekly playlists on my fitbymik YouTube Home Page. All videos are listed in the correct order according to the calendar.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
I would suggest that you have a good medium set of dumbbells for the challenge. In my videos I use mostly two 10LB dumbbells. Occasionally I use a lighter set of dumbbells (3LB), and sometimes a heavier set (15LB). Always choose your weights based on your own strength level. 😊
Occasionally I also use a booty band (loop band) in some routines.
IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Although many of my videos are challenging, I always provide modifications and low impact options. If you are a beginner you can choose lighter weights to start off and utilize the modification screens.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?
There is no sign up for this challenge. However, you can sign up for email updates on my website fitbymik.com. You will receive an email with challenge details, the full schedule and playlist links attached.
WHERE ARE THE LAST 4 WEEKS?
If the challenge is labeled as an 8 week workout challenge, weeks 5-8 will be posted on my website during week 4.
